Chloe attends roundtable with UK Youth Parliament and Conservative Future

Chloe Smith, MP for Norwich North, joined members of the UK Youth Parliament and Conservative Future at the Conservative Party Conference.

The UK Youth Parliament meets around the country and campaigns on the issues which matter to young people. Chloe is a supporter of the Make Your Mark campaign, the method by which young people vote on which issues the Youth Parliament should campaign on.

Commenting on the event Chloe said:

“I’m a big supporter of the UK Youth Parliament, which is a fantastic way for young people to step up and make their voice heard on the issues they care about.

“The questions being debated, from the living wage to climate change, child poverty and mental health, are all at the forefront of today’s political discussion.”
