Chloe Smith, MP for Norwich North, is attending a discussion on supporting young people making the transition from education to employment.
The event, hosted by the British Chambers of Commerce, provides a forum for discussion between politicians and businesses.
Talking about the event, Chloe said:
“The transition from education to work is a key moment in young people’s lives and one which can feel incredibly daunting.
“The Government is committed to ensuring that all young people are either earning or learning. Nationally we are delivering over three million apprenticeships this parliament, and locally the Norwich for Jobs project has succeeded in halving youth unemployment in the city.”
