£19.4m for Norwich Community Hospital's new ward this winter

The Conservative Government is delivering on its promise to cut NHS waiting lists. O am delighted that our Norwich Community Hospital on Bowthorpe Road has been chosen to benefit from a massive boost of almost £20million in funding for a new ward this winter.

This brand new modular ward will provide an additional 48 beds for our community.

Norwich Community Hospital is one of 30 hospitals receiving extra funding to help patients move out of A&E more quickly or to help patients receive same day urgent and emergency care, meaning that patients in Norwich will be seen and treated faster.
