NHS strike action

Following the news that NHS workers have voted to take part in a national strike, I wanted to re-assure constituents that the Government's priority is keeping patients safe during any planned strike action.
Tried and tested plans are in place to minimise disruption and to make sure that emergency services continue to operate across NNUH and the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.
I am hugely grateful for the hard work and dedication of all our NHS staff locally, including nurses, and deeply regret that some union members have voted for industrial action.
