Hellesdon Library - Dementia Support Group

It was fantastic to visit residents at Hellesdon Library’s Dementia Support Group to see the work of volunteers. I want to thank all the volunteers for contributing to the positive wellbeing ✅ of our communities.

Hellesdon Library is one of several libraries offering a space for those with dementia and their families to meet and have that social interaction 💬 that is so crucial to peoples’ wellbeing. 

Since starting the monthly meetups 📅 after the ending of Covid-19 restrictions, the group has seen an increasing number of attendees, and I encourage all my constituents who would benefit from these sessions to find out more.
