Have your say on healthcare services in Norwich

NHS Norfolk and Waveney has launched a public consultation today, on general practice services, Norwich walk-in centre, Rouen Road GP practice, the Inclusion Health Hub and the Vulnerable Adult Service.

You can provide your feedback via an online survey at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/GP_Norwich/ or paper copies of the consultation document are available at the Norwich Walk-In Centre and GP practice at Rouen Road.
I actively encourage users of these services to take a look at the options proposed and share your thoughts with the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board through the survey.
The consultation period runs from 24 January until 26 March 2023.
