Chloe Smith MP to visit the NHS 111 & OOHs Service for Norfolk

On Friday 26^th February Chloe Smith, MP for Norwich North, will visit IC24, based in her constituency.

She will meet Yvonne Taylor, CEO, to discuss service issues and meet staff in the integrated NHS 111 & out of hours (OOHs) service.

Chloe Smith MP says:

“Serious concerns have been raised about the capacity of the service. I'm working for my constituents by discussing these concerns directly to the CEO, Yvonne Taylor, and meeting frontline staff, so as to support the service to improve for patients.

"In particular I want to discuss the challengre of recruiting enough clinicians because we know this is an issue across various professions. We all need to work together to attract the best people to work in Norfolk."
