Reporting back: National Living Wage Increase

 

Today, the biggest ever increase to the National Living Wages comes into effect, boosting the incomes of 1.8 million people by £690 a year. The National Minimum Wage is also increasing, bringing the total number of people who will be better off to 2.1 million.
