Please share and help tackle Domestic Abuse in Norfolk

Author: Chloe Smith, Updated: 03 January 2019 16:01

Following the horrific murder of my constituent, Kerri McAuley by her former partner, I have done my best to help support efforts to tackle domestic abuse. I am asking that you please share this information with your friends and family.

Norfolk County Council and Norfolk County Community Safety Partnership are holding a special workshop training event for Hairdressers and Beauty Therapists. To spot the signs of domestic abuse in their clients. Often domestic abuse victims feel too ashamed to confide in friends and family, but may reach out to their hairdressers or usual beauty therapists.

If you are a hairdresser or beauty therapist, or you know someone who is, please do share the details of this important event with them.

Thank you.
