Reporting Back: Windrush Enquiries

Many of you will have heard in the news recently about ‘Windrush cases’. I wanted to share some information to advise how constituents who may be affected.

Individuals can telephone the helpline directly.  Those who phone will be asked a series of questions and will then be advised of next steps and referred onto a dedicated casework team who will process their case.
