Reporting back: Voyeurism Bill

I wanted to share with you a letter from Lucy Frazer QC MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, concerning the introduction of the Voyeurism Bill. The Bill seeks to address the issue of "upskirting", making it a criminal offence to photograph or record under another person's clothing with the intention of viewing, or allowing others to view that person's genitals or buttocks.
