Last Saturday, Margot James announced a crackdown on misuse of laser pointers, in order to address serious public safety concerns.


On Sunday 13th , Chris Grayling announced learner drivers will have lessons on motorways from 2018 to better prepare them and improve road safety.


On Monday 14th , Margot James launched proposals to better protect travellers booking package holidays online.


On Tuesday 15th , David Davis published proposals for a future customs relationship with the EU.


On Wednesday 16th , James Brokenshire and David Davis published new position paper on Northern Ireland and Ireland, making clear that the Government will protect the Common Travel Area and put upholding the Good Friday Agreement at the heart of its Exit negotiations.


Also On Wednesday, The Prime Minister spoke aboard HMS Queen Elizabeth as the ship arrived in Portsmouth harbour.      


Also on Wednesday, Damian Hinds announced the number of people in work is at the highest level since records began in 1971.


Yesterday, the Prime Minister unveiled plans to help thousands of teenagers to improve their mental health, with a new course is to be developed by National Citizen Service (NCS),


also Yesterday, Nick Gibb congratulated students on A level results day.


Today, Philip Dunne backed Public Health England’s plans to reduce calories in food with £5 million of funding for a new obesity policy research unit at University College London.
