Mental Health Post-Coronavirus

Author: Chloe Smith, Updated: 30 July 2020 11:45

I know lockdown was tough for many in Norwich.  Some people may still have worries ahead, perhaps about work or health. I'm grateful to the mental health services who have helped people on a different kind of front line.  I've contacted the Norfolk and Suffolk Mental Health Trust to thank their hardworking staff.  As the coronavirus has now slightly abated, I am keen to look more long-term and to support my constituents more broadly as usual.

So I have asked what plans are in place to deal with today's priorities and also any other information which may help my constituents.  I'll work with the local NHS and the Government to support patients in Norwich. Finally, if you feel you need to talk to someone urgently, here are some helpful links:

If I can help with any matter, please do email me on chloe@chloesmith.org.uk or ring my constituency office on 01603 414756.
