Chloe Smith, Member of Parliament for Norwich North, today visited the Norwich Alzheimer's Society.

Chloe used the meeting to discuss issues affecting those suffering with the disease in the local area as well as the challenges facing their loved ones.

The National Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading care and research charity for people with dementia and those who care for them. There are 700,000 people with dementia in the UK with numbers set to rise to one million by 2025.

The Alzheimer's Society is a membership organisation, which works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Many of its members have personal experience of dementia, as carers, health professionals or people with dementia themselves, and their experiences help to inform our work.
